He isn't facing calls to resign or getting criticism for being racist. He's getting both because he lied. His racist posts at himself were a false flag.
Though I think it's idiotic to believe we need to let racists be judges.
He is allowed to hold his beliefs and values. But what he was writing at himself in a false flag of racism wasn't his beliefs and values.
I don't think someone who is a judge should be allowed to continue to be a judge if they had views such as his false persona expressed, however. A person with those beliefs and values is not and cannot be fair and impartial. Imagine you're a plaintiff or defendant in a courtroom and the judge was known to have expressed views that people like you are inherently criminal and cannot be trusted. Do you think that judge is going to preside fairly over the proceedings?
Hello, Jason! Thank you for sharing. Pretty interesting reading and scary stuff at the same time. But what are you driving at or what do you want me to say about it? I’ve shared it out, btw, on my social media. Thanks for sharing my friend!

All true enough my friend! But why is he not allowed to hold his beliefs and values, be it privately or otherwise, and go from there?
