The L. A. Wildfires ...
And all I could think of when I heard the news was, Richard Clarke's "your government failed you" when it came to the 9/11 attacks and the subsequent investigations, fallout, from it....
When the news first broke about this latest round of wildfires in Southern California I couldn’t help but think about former National Security Adviser Richard A. Clarke who very infamously once said of the government in the wake of the 9/11 Attacks and the Subsequent War on Terror, "your government failed you..."
Because government, in its current form throughout the Great State of California, has in fact FAILED its Citizens in every way imaginable, least of all in the course of battling, controlling and ultimately putting out these raging wildfires in and around Los Angles and Los Angles County in Greater Southern California.
And all of the excuse making and piss-poor conduct unbecoming a public servant in Gavin Newsom and Karen Bass only concedes to the point that they are making things for an awful lot of people much more worse than better.
There’s zero excuse for this!
These supposed public servants do know better contrarian to popular opinion as well as sentiment, and yet they insist that this too shall pass and all will be held accountable.
Blah, blah, blah! And yeah, right! Look for it whenever I see it comin’ Pal!
Are these people mental? Do they kiss their wives and significant others with that mindset? My God, my God! And HOW LONG must we continue to suffer fools, and those who, very clearly, do not give two tinker’s damns about the average American let alone the average Californian.
And they said that Larry Elder was a problem!
On a much more lighter note I know that there are all kinds of ways to give and lend aide and comfort to the sick and dying of these raging fires in Los Angeles, but one such avenue that many of you may find much more preferable to lend support may be found here at The Potter's House Dallas. As they’re now regularly sending food, aide and medical supplies by tractor trailer trucks from Dallas, TX. to the epicenter in Los Angeles where the fires are being fought back. I do hope that you’ll consider donating to the cause. And thank you in advance for your love and generosity during this most difficult time in our country.
