My mother passed away in late January of this year, and my family and I, such that is, have been working to settle things and getting her affairs in order, honoring final wishes and such. And to be real honest I feel like my family is being best represented while I am not. Today, after a telephone call with my baby brother who's the Executor of Our Late Mother's Estate and learning recently of a probate proceeding coming up on 01 April 2024 I messaged the following to a paralegal named Jessica Doom.
My Message….
Good day and thank you for taking my message to y'all today concerning my late Mother's, Carmen Louise Davidson, Estate. I will be speaking; directly, frankly and what may or may not be perceived as a 'threatening manner' to any and all concerned and/or interested parties, aka "third party" ...
To that end here we go!
On or about 30 January 2024 My Mother, Carmen Louise Davidson, expired, while abroad visiting my kid Sister Bethany Brian Aitkin and her Family for the 2023-2024 Holiday Season.
My mother, up until the day that she left her home at 135B Albany St. Paducah, KY. 42003, had complete and total apprehension about the trip and the travel involved as the Nation State of Ghana on the Continent of Africa is better than a half a world away where my Sister has worked and resided at since she graduated from Spalding University in Louisville, KY., in the Early Summer of 2002 on a hitch, starting with, the Peace Corps Volunteers and then the United States Agency for International Development or USAID.
In the last few years though my Sister has had a myriad of health issues and had recently gotten married to a Canadian National Named Broghen Aitkin in the Country of Scotland. She desperately had been wanting Our Mother to come, particularly in the wake of Our Father's, Gregory Allen Davidson, Passing on 31 July 2022. "To take your mind off of things Mom...."
My Mother's health was extremely poor anyways. She suffered from Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, Diabetic Neuropathy, Macular Degeneration, also diabetically related, arthritis, diverticulitis, varicose veins and vertigo as well as countless other alignments that comes with age. In short my mother was in no shape physically or mentally, much less emotionally, to travel and had no real business whatsoever going anywhere other than what was absolutely necessary outside of her home.
And yet she went anyways. En route she took a fall while deboarding from a United Airlines Flight at Reagan-Dulles International Airport in Washington, D.C. DESPITE my Sister and her Husband having paid extra money for a wheelchair for her and for Mom to be at or near, within eye sight of, my Sister and her Husband at all times. DESPITE that and deliberately overbooking flights by United Airlines "to accommodate our holiday travelers" Mom didn't have any of that and had to deboard the airplane by herself as she was separated, entirely, from Beth and Broghen.
Our Mother was "accident proned" and more often than not she "tripped over her own two feet" -- HENCE THE NEED FOR A WHEELCHAIR! -- well, as sure as the sun rises in the East and sets in the West Mom fell and "nearly broke her back" between a backstop and the wing of the airplane that she was getting off of in Washington, D.C. She spent Christmas in a local hospital was given pain medicine and sent the rest of the way on what would be her FINAL JOURNEY, ULITIMATELY, anywhere on planet earth to Ghana in Western Africa.
My Sister dropped the ball entirely here and her actions or inactions on her part CONTRIBUTED MIGHTILY to Our Mother's Death. I resent the unholy hell out of that and will until I take my own last breaths on this planet. Because, up until now, my Sister had always been the most reliable and responsible person I've ever known outside of Our Mother.
Further, I resent the unholy hell out of one McCracken County Judge Joe Roark and his Attorney at Law Wife Emily Ward Roark interjecting themselves in this matter entirely up to and including referring my Baby Brother Christopher Allen Davidson, Executor of Our Late Mother's Estate, and my Kid Sister Bethany, initially, to the Law Office of McMurray and Livington of Paducah and one Fletcher Schrock's law firm and his gaggle of miscreant law partners and then and more recently to Attorney Jacob R. Blankenship at Keuler, Kelly, Hutchins, Blankenship and Sigler, LLP., also of Paducah, KY.
I have a 2015 lengthy and volitale history, which I have detailed, at-length, to Judge Roark and Attorney Roark via Facebook Messenger, with Fletcher Schrock over my attempt to SETTLE a matter between a once and former landlord and property manager of mine and my wife's at Fox Harbor Apartments also in Paducah and Heartland Church in Paducah as well.
Instead of seeing their way clearly to behaving like adults and setting down and talking an issue out that resulted in a first offense matter(s) anyways between our then landlord, Gill Family Properties, and one Kimberly D. Harry, our then Property Manager and one Charles Jordan, Chief of Security at Heartland Church and a semi-retired McCracken County Sheriff's Deputy it was elected by those parties as well as Attys; Schrock, Smith and McMullan at McMurray and Livington to escalate the situation entirely and unnecessarily to a degree that Kimberly Harry and Gill Family Properties wanted to put my Wife in Jail and myself out on the street! That will not wash. It did not wash. And it never ever will wash with me!
I fought; freely, fairly, openly and honestly on mine and my wife's behaves for Our Rights and Values. And the charges and cases against us were dropped entirely.
But I promised Atty Schrock something a long time ago. I promised him that I would take his law practice and his law license from him entirely. And, as God as my witness, I WILL DO THAT. He neither deserves to be an Attorney at Law nor has he earned the unequivocal right to do so. Period. Full stop.
Now, and as for Attorney Blankenship. Again, a Judge Joe Roark and his Attorney at Law Wife Emily Ward Roark recommendation.
Atty Blankenship I do not; know, like or trust to handle this or any other legal affairs for that matter! He is a snot nosed, wet behind the ears young punk kid that don't know his head from a hole in the ground!
I PROTEST HIS HIRING AS AN ALLEDGED OR SUPPOSED LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE IN THIS OR ANY OTHER COURT OF LAW OR LEGAL MATTER UP TO AND INCLUDING THE SETTLEMENT OF MY LATE MOTHER CARMEN LOUISE DAVIDSON'S ESTATE. FURTHER, I CALL INTO QUESTION MY BROTHER, CHRISTOPHER ALLEN DAVIDSON, AND SISTER, BETHANY BRIAN AITKIN'S DECISION TO AQUIRE THIS ATTORNEY'S SERVICES PER THE INTERJECTED RECOMMENDATIONS OF JUDGE JOE ROARK AND HIS ATTORNEY AT LAW WIFE EMILY WARD ROARK'S INSISTENCE BECAUSE THINGS DIDN'T END WELL WITH MCMURRAY AND LIVINGSTON, PLLC.
I will not forfeit my rights to my mother's estate and will not, per the recommendations of her last will and testament, forfeit my rights to be the Executor of Our Late Mother's Estate, discussing; freely, fairly, openly and honestly with my siblings any and all such matters surrounding our late Mother! Up to and including hiring a lawyer who's not a snot nosed punk and who charges if you so much as write or call him for anything!
Fuck that bullshit up the ass sideways with no good and Goddamnably Contemptable Lube!
Because there's no way in hell that I'm forfeiting rights and signing and doing legal work and papers for a lawyer that's been hired out to actually do work but doesn't do any work, legal or otherwise!
Ordinarily, I wouldn't say anything and would be grateful for any and all assistance offered by The Roarks because Judge Joe Roark and his Mother-in-law Hettie Ward love and support my Brother and Sister very much. Going all the way back to their days (our days) at Christian Fellowship School in Benton, KY.
For that reason alone I've kept my mouth shut until NOW, BUT NO MORE!
Because Carmen Louise Davidson wasn't Joe and Emily Ward Roark's Mother! She was; David, Beth and Christopher Davidson's Mother! And no judge and no highpriced Attorney at Law is gonna dictate terms, call shots and set up shop here except for those concerned here!
And I resent the unholy hell out of that being allowed, permitted or much less INTERJECTED into this particular process. And any such Judge or Attorney at Law that would honor that or allow that to go on or take place in ANY Court of Law will have a whole mess of; political, social and ecumenical problems and a whole helluva lot more on their hands when I get through with um!
I'm not signing on or agreeing to any of this mess! Is that understood?
And if anyone has a problem with it then be Man and Woman enough to say so, directly, to my face here at mine and my wife's home here in Texas. But bring the following people down with you when you come; McCracken County Sheriff's Deputies Derek and Lindsey Miller-Pugh, former McCracken County Sheriff Jon Hayden, current Kentucky State Supreme Court Associate Justice Christopher Shaye Nichols and former Kentucky State Supreme Court Associate Justice Bill Cunningham with you when you come! If not then shut the fuck up about it and wait in line for my lead and my direction on this thing hence forth. I will have no further discussion with anyone about this matter until I decide to. She was my mother not yours! Fuck off.
