First Offense Charges
For everyone screaming and hollering for Donald Trump to pay a heavy price.
As sleep gave way to startling consciousness this morning I came across a lengthy newsletter HERE that I think we all should read and then a pressing question that I have in regards to all of Mr. Trump's legal woes.
I'd like to know how he can be tried and convicted in an open court of law on what amounts to first offense charges?
I ask because in so far as I know this will be the first time that he stands accused of anything like what these various judges and prosecutors around the country say that he's guilty of!?
And so it like to know, based on that, how can these various Courts of Law just lock the guy up and throw away the key?
I mean it seems a little strange now dudnt!?
And yet here's this nearly 80 year old man who finds himself in such a position. How's that possible? Setting aside the obvious answers of, “well his years of theft and grift…” or “he's gone largely unaccountable for his various crimes, and so it's high time that he be made to pay for his sins in the eyes of the public…”
I mean, yeah, okay, I understand the arguments, but it's STILL first offense charges! And so how do you or how can you square that?
“Well, he's certainly being more fairly treated than the average person probably would be so there's your answer to your first offense charges!”
Well, no, not really and here's WHY…
Treatment by a Court of Law or a Judge and Jury of One's Peers has nothing to do with Charges.
Because you or I could be the worst thing that the devil himself ever made and still be fairly treated in an open court of law particularly when we are selves are nice as could be. They say, “kindness counts…” And they also say, “that you can catch more flies with honey than you can with vinegar….”
